The easiest way is to use our FREE RETURNS and then place a new order for the size or colour you want.

How do I track my order?

When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email which includes the tracking information.

When will I receive my order?

For orders in the UK we typically ship with Hermes Next Day so you can expect to receive your order the day after dispatch. During busy times delivery may take a little longer.
For orders to the EU and Rest of World shipping takes around 10 days. All international shipments are tracked so you’ll be able to see the progress of your order.

We do try our best but sometimes mistakes happen. Please send us an email right away with your order information and we’ll resolve any issue you have. You can contact us here.

Are your products ethically sourced?

YES! We deal directly with the artisans in Mexico. Many of the artisans operate from small family run fabrica and workshops. When we find a product or artisan that we’d like to work with we approach them and open discussions about whether they are interested in exporting their wares to the UK. We typically receive a very warm response accompanied by invitations to visit them (and even stay at their homes) when we next go to Mexico!

How did you start this business?

I first volunteered in Mexico in 2015 teaching English. In 2018 I decided to take the plunge and launch Made in Mexico. (It took 3 years for me to get my Spanish up to scratch). You can learn more about us here.
